Shipping Policy

Bluetooth Headsets Direct utilizes United Parcel Service (UPS) as our main shipper. We ship daily Monday-Friday. Any order placed after 2:30 PM (EST) will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Prices:

All orders over $5,000 - FREE SHIPPING
All orders under $5,000:
UPS Ground: $5.95 per item
UPS 3 Day: $7.95 for the first item, $2.95 each subsequent item
UPS 2 Day: $9.95 for the first item, $6.00 each subsequent item
Next Day Air: $25.95 for the first item, $9.00 each subsequent item

Order Confirmation

We will email you an order confirmation upon receiving your order. The confirmation will indicate details for all shipments and backorders.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems you may have. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and a 30-day full refund return policy (from date of delivery). The warranty period and services varies by manufacturer and product.

Replacements

If you are not satisfied, or your product does not function normally within 30 days of purchase, you may return it for a replacement of the same, or a different item. Charges or refunds will be made for price differences accordingly. A 15% restocking fee may be applied in some situations where the product is non-defective and/or misused or damaged by the customer. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Bluetooth Headsets Direct.com will not ship out the replacement product until we receive the original order back. You may however, place another order for the item which will ship immediately, and Bluetooth Headsets Direct.com will credit your account once we receive your returned item(s). We strongly recommend that you insure the package as well as request an acknowledgement of delivery from the carrier that you use.

Return Procedures

You must obtain a "return merchandise authorization (RMA)" # by sending an email to Bluetooth Headsets Direct.com at customerservice@bluetoothheadsetsdirect.com before returning an item or call us at 516-628-2346. Bluetooth Headsets Direct.com will not accept any returns without an RMA #. The RMA # must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label. Any items returned without an RMA# will be refused. Please note that if the product you're returning included a gift with purchase or other promotion, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund. Also be aware that a return may void a multiple purchase discount. Obtain your RMA# within 30 days of receipt of your order via e-mail or via phone by calling us at 516-628-2346 Monday – Friday 9am -11pm EST.

Additional requirements:

  • All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
  • You are required to use a traceable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
  • We will not accept returns on any product that is damaged or altered. This includes car-kits that have been installed.
  • Returns will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Shipping charges to and from are not refundable.
